As engineers, architects, construction/program managers, environmental professionals and beyond, we play a significant role in shaping our communities through the services we provide. Under supervision, prepares design drawings of moderate to difficult complexity based on verbal instructions, sketches, and/or formal documents.
Prepares floor plans, site plans, equipment and component design drawings and other drawings for construction and remodel projects using computer aided drafting techniques.
- Utilizes latest versions of Revit and AutoCAD software and maintains current knowledge of CAD technology principles and applications.
- High school diploma or GED; Certificate of Competency in Drafting preferred.
- AutoCAD, Revit and BIM experience preferred.
- Advanced computer knowledge and skills.
- Basic proficiency using Microsoft tools including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Work functions will be performed in an office area located on an active construction site
