Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy approaches to help them reach their functional milestones

Engage in Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work seamlessly with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care

Guide patients and their families on therapy methods to ensure continued progress outside of therapy

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Encouraged ongoing education and post-graduate certifications for continuous learning

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

A profound passion for empowering others and helping them achieve optimal independence
