As a Bartender at the AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood it is not just about mixing drinks. Their role is to go beyond the bar itself and take ownership of guest service more broadly and do what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to make the bar look and function flawlessly.
Greet customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding drinks and menu items.
Take drink orders from customers or Servers. Prepare cocktails in accordance with standard beverage recipes.
Take food orders from guests and submit to kitchen for preparation.
Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings, including wine lists and cocktail menu.
Provide current information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel and surrounding areas.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a self-motivated Bartender with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. They should be passionate about the guest service experience, but also have an eye for detail. Exceptional customer service skills
