Head of Maintenance/ Test Equipment

Oversee daily operations of automated test systems, including TestTek, ensuring all machines are operational and scheduled efficiently

Troubleshoot test equipment issues and guide technical problem-solving

Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, FARs, and internal quality standards

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve workflow and efficiency

Part 145 MRO, avionics, or aerospace testing experience (minimum 1 year leadership preferred)

Hands‑on experience with automated test equipment (ATE) like TestTek

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
