Provide diagnostic ultrasound scans of patients for physician diagnosis, utilizing diagnostic ultrasound equipment and appropriate technical knowledge and skills.
Graduation from a Committee on Allied Health Education (CAHEA) accredited program in sonography and registry eligible by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)

Must be certified in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular within 24 months of hire date. Must be certified in one of the following areas within 12 months - Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, Breast or Nuchal Translucency

West: If North Dakota, must have current license on North Dakota Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners (NDMIRT) upon hire.

If working in Department 2010-2042320 MSK Ultrasound - SMDC HOSP, must complete ARDMS MSK Certification within 24 months.
