We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Server to join our vibrant team at Crowne Pointe Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for all guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, delivering both efficiency and warmth in equal measure.

**Take accurate food and beverage orders and convey them to the kitchen staff.

• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all orders are accurate and meet quality standards before being delivered to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously, resolving issues where possible or escalating them to management if necessary.
• Prepare checks and process payments, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Collaborate with other serving staff and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of the dining experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations and health and safety guidelines.

**Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in food safety or a willingness to obtain such certification.
