This position will be full-time and remote.What You'll DoFacilitate and execute end-to-end onboarding for new hires, serving as a responsive, customer-focused point of contact from offer through start dateCoordinate pre-employment screening (background checks, drug screenings), ensuring compliance and a smooth candidate experienceEnsure accurate, compliant I-9 completion and employment eligibility verificationProcess HRIS transactions for candidates and employees (e.g., offer letters, rescinds, start/end date changes), with timely stakeholder communicationSupport the setup and maintenance of contingent worker engagements, partnering with suppliers on SOW execution and rate changesServe as a primary point of contact between CAI and suppliers, resolving worker-related issues through timely, effective communicationDeliver on client-specific requirements with precision, care, and a strong service mindsetServe as subject matter expert on new hire processes and workflows, providing clear guidance to candidates and stakeholdersUtilize the HRIS system (Workday) to execute onboarding and lifecycle processes efficiently, maintaining accurate documentationPartner with Compliance, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other HCM teams to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experienceSupport immigration-related onboarding needs and act as a liaison to CAI's Immigration Specialist to help ensure accurate, timely processing and filingsMaintain discretion and confidentiality when managing sensitive personal informationIdentify and resolve process gaps, driving innovative workflow improvementsParticipate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives in partnership with the businessSupport other HCM teams on special projects and strategic initiatives that advance organizational goalsWhat 'll NeedRequired:3+ years of experience in an HR onboarding or human capital management support roleExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong customer-service orientationExcellent attention to detail, work prioritization skills, and accuracy with data entryAbility to think critically, solve problems, make decisions, and build trust across the organizationBrings innovative ideas and creative thinking to problem-solving and enhancing processesStrong experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verballyPreferred:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience preferredExperience with Workday HCMExperience supporting contingent workforce programsExperience with immigration-related onboarding processesProven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencyPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorLI-AL2Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.EEO StatementIt is the policy of Computer Aid, Inc.(CAI) not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or because he or she is a protected veteran.
