Plan, direct, and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Review project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance.

Supervise and support superintendents, field staff; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, site supervisors, and field staff.

Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance of construction teams.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all operations.

Help manage project budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets.

Work closely with accounting and executive teams on financial reporting and forecasting.

Strategic planning, coordination, maintenance, safety, compliance, and optimization of a company’s vehicles and heavy equipment.

Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity; Enforce company and regulatory safety policies; conduct regular site visits and safety audits.

Oversee quality assurance processes to meet specifications and client expectations.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; implement best practices, technology, and training to improve efficiency.

Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to senior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in related field is an asset (engineering, business). Must have strong communication and organizational skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and expense management.

Typically, this role has mandatory travel expectations within the designated region with a minimum of 30% expected overnight travel.
