Travel RN (Registered Nurse) | Urgent Needs

Vetted is seeking a RN - Med Surg for a travel job in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Must have 2+ years of experience. This contract pays approximately $9,489/month gross.
Contract length: 13 weeks. Shift length: 12 hour shifts. Hours per week: 36. Start Date: ASAP.
Job responsibilities Perform focused reassessments and elevate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols.
