We are looking for people who are passionate about building strategies that create meaningful value for our members and customers.

Lead AFP’s integrated marketing and go-to-market strategy across membership, events, certifications, certificates, and professional development offerings to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, revenue, and growth.

Translate organizational priorities into coordinated marketing strategies, aligning teams and stakeholders around shared goals and execution.

Develop AFP’s global audience strategy by identifying priority customer segments, market opportunities, and regional considerations that support continued growth.

Partner with Marketing Strategy and Digital Strategy leadership to create a seamless customer experience from initial awareness and acquisition through conversion and long-term engagement.

Use customer insights, performance data, and market intelligence to guide decisions, measure effectiveness, and continuously optimize marketing strategies.

Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team by establishing clear priorities, coaching team members, and creating accountability for results.

Foster a collaborative, innovative, and data-informed marketing culture focused on continuous improvement and organizational growth.

6+ years of experience preferred, leading integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, revenue, and growth.

Experience developing audience and market strategies and identifying customer segments, growth opportunities, and evolving audience needs.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn customer insights, performance metrics, and market intelligence into action.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives forward.

Experience developing marketing strategies for diverse or global audiences while maintaining a consistent brand.
