Who We Are – Circle City ABA of Arizona

Circle City ABA of Arizona provides center‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, supporting clients across all stages of life. Our programs blend play and progress through individualized therapy plans, high‑quality treatment, and specialized programming tailored to each person’s unique needs.

Paid training and ongoing professional development

As a BT with Circle City ABA, you will complete an 80‑hour training program that will prepare you to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Once the exam is passed, we will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a direct role in helping clients develop new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and build independence.

Collect accurate, real‑time data on all treatment goals and behavior programs to support BCBA analysis

Serve in a direct‑care role, maintaining regular communication with supervisors for support, training, and feedback

Maintain thorough knowledge of all treatment plans, intervention strategies, and client goals for each child on your caseload or team

Meeting monthly supervision hour requirements

Submitting annual renewal materials to the BACB

Minimum High School Diploma or national equivalent

Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card

Ability to lift, move, or support clients as needed for safety and therapy activities

Reliability, consistency, and compassion for working with children and families
