Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies aimed at reaching their functional goals.

Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care.

Instruct patients and their families in therapy techniques that foster ongoing progress post-therapy.

Track and Document Patient Progress: Assess clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track toward their goals.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

A genuine passion for helping individuals attain their highest level of independence

Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt treatment plans according to diverse patient needs
