Job Description Senior HR Generalist, Consultant
Our firm is a professional HR Consulting firm based in the Los Angeles area. We support small business clients throughout all of Southern California. We are looking to find that diamond in the rough Field-based, Senior HR Consultant based in the Temecula or Inland Empire area.
We start every Consultant on a part-time basis with the opportunity to go full time. Our Consultants will work their way from consulting projects to a few clients and later will lead a full portfolio of clients. We expect our Consultants to be able to commute throughout all of Southern California to meet clients at their facility. HR Consultants must be very strong senior generalist with real world experience, ranging from the basic fundamentals like new hire processing to more complex HR issues, such as managing Leaves, Compensation and Performance management. Must have at least four real world years of very strong knowledge of California legal compliance. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is not mandatory, but is preferred to better service our full client portfolio.
Please do not apply if you cannot work part-time for as long as six months, nor commute throughout Southern California to meet clients.
