Give us a call opt 1\n \n \n Job Details:\n \n \n Shift: 12H Nights\n Total Weekly Hours: 36\n Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS\n Trauma Level:\n Facility Specific Job Notes:\n \n **Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience required - First-timers accepted - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Must have strong cardiac skills - Epic charting experience required - Minimum of 1 year Acute experience required; 2 references from within the last 24 months **Certifications Required:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Skills and Special Requirements:** - Experience with Arterial line management, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Blood Product Administration, Sheath Removal - Proficient in Continuous IV sedation, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring - Capable of Titrating Cardiac and Vasoactive drips - Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias and Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), and Suctioning (ETT, NT) - Experience with managing Chronic/Acute Renal failure, CVVHD/CRRT, and Infection Prevention - Capable of assisting with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Epicardial Pacing Wire Care and Management, Starting and maintaining IVs, IV insulin protocols - Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring - Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, Isolation Precautions/PPE - Familiar with Special Procedures/Unit Details like CVP monitoring, Target Temperature management, Cardiac Pacemaker, IABP, Post-Cath Radial Band Management, Initiating and titrating Medications: Vasopressors, cardiac medications, sedation, Assist with RSI, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, Femoral- Arterial/Venous sheath removal **Special Equipment Experience:** - Zoll/Arctic Sun (target temperature management), Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, NxStage CRRT, Zoll Defibrillator, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis Medication Dispenser, PA/Swan-Ganz Catheters\n \n When you apply with Junxion, you speak with a live U.based recruiter who understands the travel market. n \n Benefits:\n \n \n Insurance Plans starting under $175/month for employees\n Referral Bonus\n Additional contract bonus opportunities\n Vacation Incentives\n Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\n 401k with access to financial advisors\n \n Junxion was built by a traveler and designed to support travelers.
