As part of the acquisition integration, you will continue in a role that supports our day-to-day operations while we bring our teams together. Party Reflections is a leading event rental industry provider in the Carolinas. The business started in 1958 and has been a family-operated business since day one. Position Summary The Account Executive manages the sales process of our rental equipment through current relationships as well as develops new business relationships in the Carolinas and surrounding areas.
Strategic and creative thinking to understand industry and business trends.
Experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of event rental equipment a plus.
Experience: Bachelor's degree and 3 + years sales experience.
Generating new revenue through closing sales by acquiring new business customers and growing existing customers.
Practice effective time management for sufficient sales activity.
Identify future product and market growth opportunities.
Develop new business leads through networking.
Join organizations to build a professional network.
Adhere to company policies and pricing structure.
Track and report results of market analysis and business development for future opportunities.
Work with the Operations Staff and Project management team to ensure jobs are handled appropriately and meet the client's expectations.
Software Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Proficient use of rental software a plus.
As an Event Consultant, you would be responsible for capturing and developing sales business, primarily through walk in traffic, telephone inquiries, and internet inquires.
Strong inside sales skills, including the ability to anticipate the needs of customers and follow through with the appropriate action or solution.
Is able to quickly establish rapport with customers.
Has the flexibility to work additional and/or different hours based on the seasonality of the business – including additional training and meetings.
Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year(s) sales experience.
Assist walk-in clients with general questions and small or mid-sized orders.
Answer phones, and email inquiries.
Help clients with general questions.
Assist client from start to finish with event inventory needs.
Transfer clients with larger orders and more specific/complicated questions to Account Executives.
Become proficient with Social Tables CAD program to create and modify event layouts.
Make outbound phone calls/emails, to follow up with unsold customer inquiries/quotes and delivery confirmation.
Apply payments to customer orders.
Help maintain showroom.
Adhere to company policies and pricing structures.
Handle various office duties as necessary.
Assist with other duties or projects as assigned.
