Utility Crew Member - Part Time

Crumbl Cookies in Vestavia Hills is looking for Utility Crew Members. Crumbl Vestavia Hills is looking for part time utility crew members to wash dishes, keep the store clean & organized, fold boxes, and put shipments away. Shift times would vary from late morning to closing, Monday through Saturday. Wash & put away baking pans, bowls, and utensils

Help receive and rotate stock of ingredients (must be able to routinely lift 50 lb flour bags, sugar, chocolate, etc.)

Keep floor clean of dough and debris

Wipe down and clean equipment

Helping with customer service

No previous experience necessary

Full-time / Part-time

Must be 16 years or older to apply

Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills

Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products

Basic math and computer skills

Flexibility to work around customer demands, night, weekend & holiday availability

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.

Visit us in-store at any location nationwide for an unique open-kitchen experience where you actually see your Crumbl crew mix, bake, and prepare fresh cookies. Don't worry, we offer local delivery, curbside pick-up and nationwide shipping, all of which can be easily accessed on our app or website. Since then, the franchise has expanded to over 75 locations in 11 states, nationwide.
