Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Homedica is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive mental health services across a variety of settings—including in-home visits, assisted living and nursing facilities, post-acute care hospitals, and via telehealth. The ideal candidate would commit to a set schedule 2-3 days per week.

Prescribe and manage medications and individualized care plans

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and community partners

Participate in after‑hours or on‑call rotation as needed

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana

PMHNP Certification (Dual certified in Adult/Family and Psych is a plus)

Comfortable working independently across diverse care environments

Facility‑based or post‑acute care experience

Prior psychiatric experience

Experience in home health, hospice, or facility‑based care

Dual Certification willing to work in both an FNP and PMHNP role

Familiarity with telehealth technology and EMRs
