Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Express Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region in Illinois.

Limited lab and X-ray on site

Clinic hours range from 8am-8pm; Candidates must be willing to float to our other Urgent Care and Express Care locations in the Greater Peoria Region

Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Average patients/day will vary based on clinic location

Willingness to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group

Be part of a strong, stable, financially-sound and innovative healthcare system

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

Previous urgent care experience is required

Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
