Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend

We are seeking an RN Float Pool nurse to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across different patient populations and clinical settings.
Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License.
Diploma of Nursing.
Acute care Telemetry experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Provide safe, evidence-based, age-specific, and culturally appropriate nursing care.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify actual or potential nursing problems.
Develop, prioritize, coordinate, and revise individualized plans of care.
Implement nursing interventions according to physician orders, assessed needs, and standards of care.
Delegate nursing responsibilities appropriately while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes.
Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
