Staff Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with the care team, and support patients in improving mobility and independence.

Develop and implement treatment plans with physician approval

Provide therapy and monitor patient progress

Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and team members

Participate in care planning, meetings, and discharge planning

Educate patients and caregivers on ongoing care needs

Recommend appropriate durable medical equipment

Active Physical Therapist license in the Washington
