Must-Have Qualifications\nActive, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Tennessee, or a qualifying compact RN license\nAssociate degree in nursing or higher\nMinimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience\nPrevious leadership experience\nExperience administering medications and taking vital signs\nCurrent First Aid and CPR/AED competency\nExperience with crisis management, de-escalation, incident reporting, and client safety\nProficiency with electronic medical record systems\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to respond appropriately during emergency situations

Insight Global is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to join a residential treatment facility in Waverly, Tennessee. This nurse will be responsible for monitoring and managing the overall health, safety, and wellness of clients using established nursing practices and standards of care.\n\nThe nurse will administer medications, monitor clients’ physical and behavioral health needs, maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record, and coordinate care with providers and on-site staff. This position involves frequent client interaction in both individual and group settings and requires close collaboration with therapists, client care technicians, external vendors, and other members of the clinical team. The nurse will also support discharge planning and aftercare coordination.\n\nResponsibilities\nAdminister medications and other ordered treatments accurately and on time\nComplete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record\nMonitor clients for physical health concerns, suicidal thinking, and self-harm risks\nIdentify urgent healthcare needs and coordinate appropriate care with internal and external partners\nPerform client rounds and monitor client safety in accordance with facility policies\nCommunicate with treating providers and collaborate with the on-site clinical team\nProvide individual and group health education as scheduled or needed\nAssist with discharge planning and aftercare appointment coordination\nMaintain accurate medication inventory and ensure medications remain secure\nProvide a professional handoff to the incoming nurse to maintain continuity of care\nSupport crisis management, de-escalation, and overall safety within the treatment environment
