Care Facilitator
Firefly Outpatient
Job Description Firefly Outpatient LLC is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Group Facilitator to join our clinical team. The Group Facilitator plays a vital role in supporting clients through structured therapeutic, psychoeducational, and recovery-focused groups. This position works closely with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.
Complete accurate and clinically appropriate documentation for all group sessions within 24 hours, in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Participate in case conferences, clinical reviews, and team meetings to support collaborative treatment planning.
Understanding of legal and ethical standards related to professional practice, reporting requirements, and professional boundaries.
Current First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Negative TB test results required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
