Our client, a global leader in technology and cloud solutions, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across its Start‑Up organization, with a focus on Business Operations and Strategy functions.

This role reports into the Go‑to‑Market teams within the Start‑Up organization and will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top‑tier technical and sales talent. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, creative in sourcing approach, and confident operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.

Source and engage top technical and sales talent across Business Operations and Strategy functions

Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and talent strategy

Build pipelines for key roles including Solution Architects, early‑career demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers

Manage multiple concurrent searches in a high‑velocity environment with shifting priorities

Leverage creative sourcing techniques to identify talent through both traditional and non‑traditional channels

Track pipeline activity, monitor sourcing effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on data and stakeholder feedback

Strong track record recruiting for roles such as Solution Architects, demand generation representatives, and Account Managers

Creative, resourceful sourcing mindset with the ability to solve pipeline challenges independently

Strong relationship‑building skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates

Data‑driven approach to sourcing, reporting, and process improvement

Experience supporting hiring within Go‑to‑Market, Start‑Up, or Business Operations and Strategy organizations

Background in high‑volume or high‑velocity recruiting environments
