Insurance Agency Sales Professional

Our Insurance Agency is hiring a competitive, high-performing sales producer who wants uncapped commissions, strong bonuses, and a realistic path to six figures — without sacrificing work-life balance.
Monday–Friday schedule
Holidays off
Uncapped commissions + bonuses

You're comfortable in a high-accountability sales environment
You want performance-based pay with schedule stability
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Actively prospect and close new business (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial)
Quote, bind, and issue policies efficiently
Follow proven sales systems and coaching
Willingness to obtain required licenses, office will support if need be in obtaining license
