Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design tailored therapeutic strategies to assist them in reaching their personal goals
Apply evidence-based methods to help enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough, integrated care
Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy practices that encourage sustained progress at home
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
Genuine passion for helping others achieve their utmost independence
