Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Full Time

Job Description Job Type: Full-time, 100% in-office at Bend, OR location
Salary: $20.00 per hour

Mindful Therapy Group is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers. This role is responsible for providing great customer service by completing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep business running smoothly. Motivated and talented employees will be provided leadership training and advancement opportunities.
Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits
Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
Schedule flexibility- we are open Monday-Friday 7:00am-8:00pm
Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. flexibility to work Saturdays and evening shifts as office expands
