Journeyman Maintenance Millwright

Millwright JourneymanMortenson is currently seeking a Millwright Journeyman that will be responsible for dismantling, erecting, assembling, aligning, adjusting, and/or maintaining machinery and equipment according to installation manuals, work instructions, layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings.Responsibilities:Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work proceduresDismantle and assemble machines using hand and power toolsMove machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucksAlign machines and equipment using various tools and instrumentsOperate cranes, forklifts, hoists, lift trucks, and other equipmentInstall and maintain lubrication systems on machinesHandle major components during offloading and installationBuild relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsQualifications:High school diploma or GEDMinimum three (3) years of related experienceCurrent driver's licenseAbility to read and interpret safety regulations, assembly/disassembly, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; detail-oriented with a positive attitude and professional customer service skillsStrong teamwork orientation with active listening and effective communication skills, open to diverse input and feedbackRepetitive hand, arm, leg movements*Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling: up to 50 lbs.Please note: this position description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
