The Mult‑Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of environmental safety and operational excellence by effectively managing the day‑to‑day operations of multiple transfer stations or material recovery facilities.

Ensures smoother operation of the facilities: ongoing construction, permitting, and operations.

Minimizes operational costs while maximizing productivity and maintaining safety and environmental compliance

Continually works to reduce turnaround time for trucks in and out of the site.

Acts as liaison as necessary for community relationships.

Complies with and ensures adherence to safety standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.

Meeting all financial review dates and corporate‑directed programs in a timely fashion.

Oversee personnel of the department, including selecting, coaching, and training employees, and evaluating employee performance.Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the physical property of the facilities through inspections and a preventative maintenance program with supervisors/employees.

Provides training and presentation as needed in a position and professional manner.

Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act, and other federal, state, and local standards.

Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

Direct supervision of full‑time employees at multiple sites, including transfer stations or materials recovery facilities.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints; Knowledge of heavy equipment

Safety and environmental regulations

Demonstrated computer skills: PC Scale, Microsoft Office

High School diploma or GED required; 4‑6 years of experience in waste recycling or industrial or manufacturing environment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
