Live Long Well Care of Columbia/Lexington, SC is now accepting applications for Full‑Time and Part‑Time CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aides/Companions to provide personal care and companionship for seniors. Day & Night positions are available as well as weekends. Must be able to work some weekends, have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record, and services will be provided to various addresses/clients within a 30‑mile radius of the branch address. Must have an updated Android or iPhone smartphone for the electronic viewing and capture of time and attendance, care tasks, and communication.

This range is provided by Live Long Well Care, LLC - In‑Home Care. Flexible hours
This position reports to the CSM (Client Services Manager) and/or designated supervisor in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. It is synonymous with the positions of Companion, Housekeeper, Homemaker, and Chore Worker.
Assist with ADLs (bath‑ing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding, mobility assistance using transfer aids such as Hoyer lifts and gait belts)
Meal preparation & cooking, light housekeeping & laundry, including washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen after meals, laundering clothes and bed linens
Provide companionship while engaging in daily activities
Pet services: grooming, feeding, walking, bathing, etc.
Represent the company positively and foster a respectful environment for clients and employees; promote safety and well‑being of all clients and employees
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients/clients and families
Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policy; Perform other duties as assigned in response to patient/client, office, and/or facility needs
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Use strong social work skills to connect with individuals of all ages
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Offer assistance as needed or direct individuals to appropriate resources with proper follow‑through
Comply promptly with all requirements related to risk management, safety, infection control, TB screening, security, and fire
Education: high school graduation or GED required
Must have successfully completed a training program if required by state regulation or contract
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
Ability to work with minimal or close supervision
Pass competency testing on hire and ongoing for basics of meal preparation, housekeeping, infection control, safety in the home, emergency handling, transportation, pet walking, and care
Must have an updated Android or iPhone smartphone device
Work indoors for most of the day (fluorescent lights, HVAC, carpeted/vinyl flooring, normal housing noise levels)
Possess physical ability to lift, stand, bend, transfer, stoop, stretch, walk, push, pull, and provide partial or complete assistance with non‑personal activities of daily living without additional help
Travel to various client locations during the workday/week
