As Caragiulos enters an exciting new chapter in our new home, we’re building a support team that understands great hospitality depends on preparation, precision, and teamwork.

We’re seeking a Service Bar / Barback who brings focus, urgency, and pride to supporting the bar and service team. This role is essential to keeping service organized, efficient, and polished. Support bartenders and managers in maintaining an organized and efficient bar and service bar.

• Prepare and restock product, glassware, garnishes, ice, and supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the bar areas.
• Assist with beverage preparation and barista service as needed.
• Help ensure smooth pacing and strong service flow throughout the shift.

Restaurant, bar, or café experience preferred; Genuine interest in hospitality and supporting the guest experience.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
