General Production WorkerWe are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker who will be responsible for the assembly or installation of various truck body parts. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined and skilled with hand, air, and power tools. Attention to detail and meticulous work are essential. This role requires the ability to learn, perform, and rotate to other workstations while maintaining acceptable quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesAssemble or install various truck body parts.Utilize hand, air, and power tools with proficiency.Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.Perform as a team member, learning and rotating to other workstations.Meet quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards.Obtain necessary supplies and parts for the job.Assist other employees when assembly work is not required.Maintain cleanliness and neatness in the work areas.Participate in 5S advancements.Assist in the implementation of Lean Principles.Essential SkillsMinimum 12 months manufacturing experience in Automotive, RV, or Boat manufacturing preferred.Ability to use ladders, enter and exit trucks, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Proficiency with air and electric powered tools including drills, hammer drills, torque wrenches, rivet guns, air drills, and air hammers.Capability to read and understand work orders, directions, charts, forms, and safety regulations.Why Work Here?Join a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
