Front Desk Concierge (Overnight)
Position Overview
Stratton Amenities is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Concierge to support a luxury residential community. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure, professional lobby presence while managing front desk operations during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a secure and attentive lobby presence throughout the shift
Monitor building access, verify guests, and enforce all entry protocols
Conduct routine property checks in accordance with site procedures
Answer and route phone calls, assist residents with overnight requests
Manage packages, deliveries, and key control as applicable
Document incidents, unusual activity, and complete accurate shift reports
Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and presentable
Escalate emergencies or issues to management or appropriate authorities
Qualifications
Prior concierge, front desk, hospitality, or security experience preferred
Strong judgment and ability to remain alert and engaged overnight
Professional communication and demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable handling extended quiet periods without loss of focus
Basic computer skills and ability to learn property systems
Requirements
Must be available for overnight shifts
Must be able to stay awake, alert, and responsive throughout the shift
Must pass a background check
Compensation
