We are seeking a psychiatrist who is passionate about providing compassionate care to children, adolescents, and adults.
About The Role As a psychiatrist, you will use your training, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills to provide high‑quality care for patients.
Oversee and provide direct patient psychiatric care
Facilitate care coordination and clinical collaboration
Ensure quality care and risk mitigation
Provide clinical collaboration and supervision to psychiatric APP staff
You will be primarily based at our Blasdell location, 4233 Lake Ave, Blasdell.

Education And Skills To Be a Psychiatrist Graduate of a four‑year recognized medical school and completed residency in the appropriate field
Current NYS physician license and board eligible/certified in specialty
Ability to read, write, and speak English; proficiency in Spanish preferred
Demonstrated kindness, resilience, and teamwork in clinical practice
What We Offer Compensation: $265,000 - $285,000 annually (based on a full‑time, 40‑hour work week).

Tuition Reimbursement Potential Our FQHC status allows tuition reimbursement for Nurse Practitioners up to $50,000 for full‑time commitment or $25,000 for part‑time commitment, requiring a two‑year service commitment. This program requires application and is not guaranteed.
