As an Inventory Analyst you will be responsible for uploading physical inventory counts for all stores, as well as working in conjunction with AP, Purchasing, IT, and DC Operations to verify inventory integrity and making corrections as needed. This position also reports on various aspects of the business as needed, helping to aide in decision making and improvements in practices.

Responsible for analyzing inventory data to report findings from store, DC, and internet inventories on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Aid DLPS in research and analysis of inventory variances.
Support stores with questions about receiving and inventory.
Create and analyze reports essential for inventory research and the 1301 account.
Assist with duplicate payment into the shrink account.
Assist with creating and implementing SOPs for receiving, purchasing, and inventory processes.
Act as a trusted internal partner across departments to collaborate on initiatives projecting positive business outcomes.
Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Essential Qualities for Success

At least 3 years of data analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
Close vision for computer-related activities.

The pay range for this position is $45,00 - $48,700 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
