We are seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our litigation practice. This role focuses on high‑stakes intellectual property litigation , trade secret disputes , and a wide range of commercial litigation matters. You will represent clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and pre‑litigation disputes, helping them protect their business interests, resolve conflicts efficiently, and achieve favorable outcomes.

Handle all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals.

Lead and support intellectual property litigation , with a primary emphasis on trade secret misappropriation , copyright, trademark, and related unfair competition claims.

Manage other commercial disputes such as breach of contract, partnership/joint venture conflicts, business torts, and real estate or technology‑related matters.

Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.

Advise clients on risk assessment, dispute avoidance, and pre‑litigation strategies, including trade secret protection programs, NDAs, and confidentiality agreements.

Collaborate closely with the firm's transactional teams (M&A, startup/VC, employment) on matters involving overlapping IP and commercial issues.

Experience : 2+ years of relevant litigation experience, with substantial focus on IP litigation and trade secret cases . Strong commercial litigation background will also be considered.

Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with a track record of drafting persuasive briefs and motions.

Strong academic credentials and analytical abilities.
