Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our ICU unit. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients. This role requires strong critical thinking skills and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
Administer medications and perform necessary procedures including intubations and central lines.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Monitor patient vitals and provide emergency interventions as required.
Document patient information and care in the Meditech system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active TX RN License (Temporary licenses not accepted).
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
NIH Stroke Certification is preferred.
Experience with IABP, CRRT, and Meditech is a plus.
