Hospital Liaison RN Full Time

Clinical Liaison (RN / RRT)
Location: Select Specialty Hospital - Springfield, Critical Illness Recovery Hospital (LTACH)

You will serve as a resource for healthcare professionals by fostering relationships within medical facilities. With clinical expertise and problem‑solving skills, you’ll coordinate care plans with physicians and families, facilitate patient transfers, and address barriers to accessing specialized post‑ICU care.

Full‑time: Monday‑Friday 8‑5 PM

Competitive Base Salary ($70,000 - $82,000) plus Uncapped Monthly Bonus Incentives

Extensive onboarding & training program

Work with physicians, discharge planners, and patients’ families to plan the best continuum of care after an ICU or post‑surgical stay, leveraging your clinical background, payer knowledge, and problem‑solving skills.

Perform clinical assessments of referred patients and counsel families to assist them in making the best care decisions.

Partner with hospital case managers and physicians to create a smooth pre‑admission and transfer process by removing payer‑related and operational barriers.

Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) license (will consider LPN, PT, OT, etc. Superior communication and relationship‑building skills.

Prior healthcare marketing or business development experience (training provided).
