Driving AI‑Native Venture Building Across Our Portfolio
Mudita Studios is an AI‑first venture studio that builds, acquires, and scales B2B SaaS companies. We are looking for a CTO to architect, ship, and scale the next generation of AI‑enabled products across our portfolio. This role owns technical strategy, system architecture, delivery cadence, and engineering quality across multiple ventures simultaneously.
Product architecture, core platform decisions, and AI integration strategy (agents, RAG, workflow automation, connectors).
Roadmapping and prioritization with each venture CEO (wedge, sequencing, MVP scoping, versioning).
Engineering execution: sprint structure, velocity management, code quality, and release discipline.
Enterprise‑grade implementation patterns for Fortune 500 clients—connecting our portfolio tools into real workflows.
Stand up a high‑leverage engineering organization (internal team + nearshore/offshore pods + contractors).
Security, compliance, and data architecture for AI systems (SOC2 workflows, PII handling, provenance, observability).
10+ years building and shipping software products; experience as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Principal Architect.
- Strong command of modern AI tooling: OpenAI agents, LLM apps, vector stores, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex, n8n/Zapier orchestration.
- Bonus: experience in FP&A, workflow automation, consulting tech, or vertical SaaS.
ships MVPs in weeks, not quarters.
Loves building systems, templates, and repeatable engineering playbooks.
Treats AI as a force multiplier—knows how to turn 5 engineers into 25 via tooling and automation.
Mudita Studios is building a portfolio of AI‑native businesses that each solve deep operational problems in finance, talent, operations, and industry‑specific workflows. The CTO defines how these companies are built, how quickly they scale, and how reliably they deliver results to enterprise clients.
