Undergraduate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from sourcing through offer stage while partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a strong hiring experienc e.
Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional roles
Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities
Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system updates
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights
Support process improvements and recruiting initiatives as needed
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
3+ years of recruiting experience or related talent acquisition experience
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
