You will work closely alongside a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers, including occupational therapists and administrative professionals, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to understand their specific rehabilitation needs and goals.Execute individualized therapy plans that leverage early intervention techniques, ensuring timely evaluations and treatments on the same day.Maintain a productive caseload that involves managing administrative tasks such as documentation, coding, and charge capture in clinical systems.Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and enhance patient care protocols.Utilize the Physical Therapy Guidebook to ensure that every patient visit aligns with the highest standards of practice.Work with fellow therapists to manage clinical outcomes and strategize on addressing complex cases or outliers.Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes teamwork, focusing on quality care and positive patient outcomes.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clients range from individuals recovering from surgery or trauma to those managing chronic pain and other mobility issues.
