High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or entertainment venue.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system promptly.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery.
Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or daily service.
