We are Role Overview Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring for Sales roles within the Diagnostics organization

Responsible for building robust pipelines for high-impact sales positions in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand sales-specific hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for Sales roles, including field sales, inside sales, account management, and go-to-market positions

Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, competitive intelligence, and direct outreach to identify and engage top talent

Conduct initial candidate screenings focusing on sales experience, performance history, territory alignment, business acumen, and overall fit

Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified sales candidates for current and future hiring needs within Diagnostics

Track, analyze, and report sourcing activity and pipeline metrics, providing regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with a strong focus on Sales roles

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage sales professionals effectively

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms
