Recruiter (Manufacturing or Distribution Center)

We're looking for an experienced Skilled Recruiter who understands that recruiting isn't about sending resumes. It's about finding talent, evaluating capabilities, building relationships, and delivering results.
If you know how to find a maintenance mechanic, CNC machinist, quality technician, production supervisor, or experienced forklift operator and you understand the difference between a qualified candidate and someone who simply has the right keywords on their resume we want to talk to you.

Recruit for skilled trades, technical, supervisory, and specialized industrial positions.
Proactively source candidates through ZipRecruiter, our ATS, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other creative channels.
Build and maintain talent pipelines before positions become urgent.
Work directly with operations and account management to understand client expectations, workplace environments, and hiring priorities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Avionté.
Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
You're comfortable picking up the phone, building relationships, and finding candidates through unconventional channels.
You understand that recruiting is both a people business and a performance-driven business.
Most importantly, you take pride in your placements and understand that a successful hire is more than someone showing up on day one.

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial staffing, manufacturing, skilled trades, or technical recruitment.

• Familiarity with industrial job functions and workplace environments.
• Experience with an ATS; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

We believe performance should be visible. You'll be measured on the quality of candidates submitted, interviews secured, placements, fill rates, retention, pipeline development, and client satisfaction.
You'll have access to existing client relationships, recruiting resources, operational support, and leadership that understands the staffing industry.
