Administrative Assistant – Support Our Team & Make an Impact
$17.00 – $26.00 per hour | Full-Time | Palmdale, CA.
At 360 Behavioral Health, our Administrative Assistants play a key role in helping our clinicians, leaders, and staff succeed while ensuring exceptional care for the individuals we serve. You’ll manage office operations, support staff, and help maintain a professional, organized, and compliant environment.
Availability 9:00am-6:00pm & occasional Saturdays

• Serve as the first point of contact: answer calls, manage messages, greet visitors, and maintain a professional front office

Support administrative and clinical teams with training, meetings, audits, and office supplies
Ensure staff compliance with certifications, credentials, and company policies
Track and maintain key data, schedules, and spreadsheets
High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of office experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Customer service-oriented with professional demeanor and composure
Knowledge of ABA or developmental disabilities is a plus
Bilingual preferred Spanish or Chinese.
