In-Home Sales CloserSouthern National Roofing is looking for in-home sales closers and sales representatives who want to earn serious money without chasing their own leads. Every appointment is pre-qualified and scheduled by our in-house team so you can focus on what you do best: closing.This role is ideal for high ticket sales professionals, sales representatives, account managers, car sales professionals, and retail sales leaders who are comfortable presenting in person and closing large deals. Many of our top performers come from car sales, retail sales associate roles, inside sales, or other commission sales environments where performance directly drives income.Responsibilities:As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for selling roofing products and services to homeowners. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their roofing needs, providing product and service recommendations, and ultimately closing sales.Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per weekClose sales and achieve sales targetsProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales processAttend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and servicesDrive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking requiredComplete a thorough PAID two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team as part of our on-boarding processAttend regular sales meetingsWho Thrives in This RoleExperienced sales representatives or high ticket closersProfessionals from car sales, retail sales, account management, or inside salesCompetitive people comfortable working in a commission sales environmentIndividuals who want to transition from retail sales or customer service into higher income potentialCompensation:Expected monthly earning of $12,500 - $25,000On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00Weekly draw against commission + Progressive Uncapped CommissionBonus opportunities other incentivesSchedule:Monday - Friday, appointments are scheduled at 1pm and 6pm; Saturday appointments are at 10am and 2pmSales meetings may occur Monday – Thursday at 11amWork Location: Road WarriorKeywords: sales representative, high ticket sales, high ticket closer, in-home sales, outside sales, commission sales, car sales, retail sales associate, account manager, inside sales
