Evaluate patients and residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.

Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.

Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction.

Graduate of an approved vocational nursing school.

Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
