What You’ll Do as a Recruiter
Outreach to candidates through proactive recruiting efforts
Communication & Outreach : Conduct high volume outbound calls, messaging via email, phone, LinkedIn, and text
Candidate & Client Engagement : Recruit, qualify, and assess candidates
Recruiting & Search Execution : CRM & Process Management : Utilize DDI’s CRM to track activity, candidates, and process
Planning & Time Management : Set and execute daily, weekly, and quarterly goals
Training & Continuous Development : Participate in trainings, coaching sessions, and team meetings

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Previous success in sales, recruiting, or other relationship-driven roles
