Salesperson for Retail Sales
$12.5 per hourIndustry
Pure Barre Richmond is more than just a fitness studio—we're a community powered by passion, purpose, and results. We’re looking for a driven, personable, and organized Sales Associate to join our front desk team and be the welcoming face that inspires every client who walks through our doors.
Drive membership sales through thoughtful conversations and strong product knowledge
Manage front desk operations including check-ins, phone calls, and studio maintenance
Maintain a clean, inviting studio environment that reflects our brand standards
Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with sales goals and handling transactions
Previous retail or fitness sales experience is a plus, but not required
Availability Requirements Must be available for 23 shifts per week
Shifts are primarily in the evenings (4 PM - 8:30 PM)
Some morning availability (8 AM - 2 PM) is preferred
Rotating weekend shifts (7 AM - 2 PM) are required and non-negotiable
Competitive hourly rate: $12.50/hour + commission
