This role owns the lifecycle of medium-scale products and features, driving strategy and execution in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.Working at the intersection of healthcare and technology, this position helps bring AI-driven capabilities into the product experience, unlocking new ways to improve outcomes for providers and their clients. Through strong partnerships with a talented, collaborative team, the Product Manager leverages data, research, and critical thinking to define product vision, shape roadmaps, and guide delivery.This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact—building solutions that enhance user experience, advance mental healthcare, and drive meaningful business outcomes.Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities.Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product experiences.Leverage qualitative and quantitative data, user research, and market insights to inform decisions and prioritize effectively.Drive the integration of AI-driven capabilities into the product, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, intelligence, and user value.Continuously evaluate product performance, using metrics and feedback loops to iterate and improve outcomes.Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and workflows—particularly within the mental and behavioral healthcare space.Demonstrated experience using data, research, and customer insights to inform product decisions.Familiarity with or interest in AI/ML-driven product capabilities and how they can be applied to improve user experiences and outcomes.Customer-first mindset with a passion for building meaningful products that improve lives—especially within mental or behavioral healthcare.Additional InformationWhile we've outlined some key qualities we typically seek, it's essential to remember that there might be additional unique strengths and talents you possess that would make you an exceptional match for us, even if they're not explicitly mentioned.
