Defense Associate Attorney

Mendez Law Office, PLLC is an established, fast-growing bilingual firm in Houston looking to add an associate attorney to our litigation team. We serve a predominantly Spanish-speaking community in immigration, federal habeas corpus, criminal defense, and personal injury matters, and our federal docket is expanding quickly.

This is a role for an attorney who wants real courtroom and litigation experience early and often. Preference for Fluency in Spanish and English (our clients depend on it but we also use translators if necessary)

2+ years of experience preferred, though we will consider strong newer attorneys

A high-volume, flat-fee practice where you build litigation skills fast

A growing federal habeas and immigration docket with substantive work

In-office in Houston / hybrid
